WE ARE NHIF ACCREDITED
We accept NHIF cards upon the proof
of our clients having fulfilled the required conditions.
All NHIF Requirements to be submitted upon service.
If the patient is an NHIF contributor, we will require the following:
- A valid NHIF card
- Identification documents that were used to in registration process for the NHIF contributor’s card (ID, passport)
- If the patient is a Child and he/she is using the contributor’s card a birth certificate is required.
- If the patient is a dependant and he/she is above the age of 21 years, a current letter from their college or a valid college ID is required.
